Most of our clients are owner-run small businesses in the United States: motels, gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, laundromats and retail stores. They need reliable people on site, often several at once. Here is how we fill those roles.

## 1. You tell us the job

## 2. We shortlist candidates who fit

We have a network of 350+ candidates, so we can start straight away. We match on more than a CV:

- **Location:** candidates who can get to your business, with or without a car.
- **Shift and hours:** days, nights, weekends, full or part time.
- **Pay:** your hourly or fixed pay, agreed up front.
- **Housing:** if you provide accommodation, we match candidates who need it.
- **Experience:** the skills the job needs.

## 3. You choose who to hire

You interview the shortlist and decide. You pay a placement fee for each person you hire.

## 4. We help with the start, and stay in touch

Need more people later? We go again. Replacement support is available where it's included in your agreement.
